2) As you may have heard, our long-time friend and activist Etta Goodstein has passed away. As many of you know, Etta has had a courageous battle against cancer for many years. Her loss is immeasurable. Even through her illness, Etta has stood and fought for the values and principals of the Democratic party. Cleon Turner informed us that Etta expressly left instructions that there be no wake or funeral. Instead, she had made provisions that there be, in her own words, a big party. Cleon said that her family will be making the arrangements for this in the future.

Donations in lieu of flowers can be made in Etta's name to Hospice of Cape Cod, 73 Service Rd., East Sandwich, MA 02537
